Sh. Rajinder Kumar

Born on September 20,1974. Hails from village Naghiar, Tehsil Jhandutta District Bilaspur, HP. Did Matriculation and plus two from Govt. Senior Secondary School Talai, District Bilaspur. Did graduation from BBN Degree College, Chakmoh District Hamirpur, HP. Also did One year PGDCA (Post Graduation Diploma in Computer Application). Passed LLB from HP University, Shimla in June, 1999. Enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council of Himachal Pradesh and practised in District Courts Bilaspur, HP in Civil, Criminal and Revenue matters. Selected as Assistant District Attorney and rendered services as such at Hamirpur. Selected in Himachal Judicial Services in December, 2003 and served in the capacity of Civil Judge-Cum-Judicial JMIC at Rohru, Badsar, Mandi and Palampur. Also did LLM from Kurukshetra university. Thereafter, on placement as Chief Judicial Magistrate, remained posted as such at Chamba and Mandi, HP. On promotion, assumed the charge of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kullu,HP on 08.12.2021 (F.N.). On transfer assumed the charge of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ghumarwin on 21.01.2023. On transfer joined as Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nurpur on 06.04.2023.
