Sh. Rajeev Bali

Born on August 27, 1969 at Mandi, H.P. Did Graduation from Govt. College, Solan, H.P. in the year 1989. Did LL.B. from Himachal Pradesh University. Did LL.M. from Kurukshetra University. Enrolled as member of Bar Council of H.P. and practiced in Civil, Criminal and Revenue Courts at Solan. Initially selected as Public Prosecutor in the year 1998 and thereafter selected in Himachal Pradesh Judicial Services in the year 1999 and appointed and posted as Sub Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate 1st Class at Kangra, Joginder Nagar and Dalhousie. Promoted as Senior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate in June, 2006 and remained posted at Dalhousie, Rohru, Shimla and Kasauli. Joined as Senior Civil Judge-cum- Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lahaul-Spiti at Kullu on 30.03.2012. On transferred joined as Senior Civil Judge-cum- Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kullu on 01.02.2013. On promotion in the year 2014 joined as Additional District and Sessions Judge-III, on transfer posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, after that on transfer posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge-I and joined as such on 04.08.2015. Thereafter transferred and posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kullu as 28.12.2018. On inauguration of Family Court at Shimla joined as Principal Judge, Family Court on 08.04.2019. Worked as Director, Himachal Pradesh Judicial Academy from 6th December, 2021 (F.N) till 8th May 2024 (F.N).
On transfer assumed charge as District and Sessions Judge, Kangra at Dharamshala on 08.05.2024 (A.N).
