    Born on 10.06.1981 at Small Village of Thol District Kurukshetra, in the family of Shri Ram Kumar and Smt. Bhagwanti Devi. Passed matriculation and Senior Secondary from Gita Niketan Residential Senior Secondary School Kurukshetra. Graduated in Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech Electrical), from Haryana College of Technology and Management Kaithal (Kurukshtra University) in 2002. Did Post Graduate Diploma in Global Strategic Management from I.C.F.A.I. Hydrabad and Diploma in Export Management from Foreign Trade Development Cell, New Delhi. Thereafter, participating sometime with father in his business. Completed LLB from C.C.S. University Meerut in 2012. Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana on 22.07.2012. Started practice as an Advocate at District & Sessions Court Ambala on 23.07.2012. Topped District Legal Aid Officer Exam 2014 with Rank-1 conducted by Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh and remained District Legal Aid Officer Morena (MP) from 09.03.2015 to 29.07.2015. After serving 4 months 20 days as District Legal Aid Officer resigned from there and resumed practice as an Advocate in District Court Ambala. Thereafter qualified M.P. Civil Judge Exam-2015 and joined as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate Ist Class at Ujjain on 11.04.2016. After serving for two years, on 11.04.2018, served one month prior notice for resignation and after acceptance of resignation by Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh on 10th May 2018 again resumed practice at District and Sessions Court Ambala, thereby practiced in different District and Sessions Divisions of Haryana alongwith in the High Court of Punjab and Haryana. Topped Himachal Pradesh Higher Judicial Services Exam 2022 with Rank-1 conducted by Hon’ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh. On 31.07.2023 appointed as Additional District & Sessions Judge H.P. On 19.08.2023 joined the Service as A.D.J. at H.P. State Judicial Academy Ghandal Shimla. After completion of Induction Training joined as Additional District & Sessions Judge-II Kangra at Dharamshala, District Kangra H.P. on 21.10.2023.
