Ms. Pratibha Negi

Hailing from village Pangi, District- Kinnaur, H.P, was born on 27th December, 1988 in the family of Sh. Tikam Singh Negi and Smt. Indra Negi. She earned her integrated degree in Arts and Law (B.A. L.L.B (Hons.)- 5year) from University Institute of Legal Studies, Punjab University, Chandigarh in the year 2012 and P.G. Diploma in ‘Cyber Laws from Government Law College, Pune. Worked as an intern for Hon’ble Mr. Justice Muttaci Jeyapaul, Judge, Hon’ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh. In the year 2012, got enrolled in Master of Laws (L.L.M- 2years) course at prestigious Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and was conferred degree upon successful completion of course, while in service. Joined Himachal Pradesh Judicial Service in the year 2013 and served as Civil Judge (Jr.Div.)-cum- Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No. 2 and Court No. 3, Ghumarwin till 04.01.2017. On transfer, remained posted as Civil Judge (Jr. Division)-cum-Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.1, Solan, (H.P.) till 17.06.2019. On transfer, assumed the charge as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No. 2- Mandi, (H.P.) on 28.06.2019. On transfer, remained posted as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No. 4- Shimla, (H.P.) w.e.f. 16.01.2021 to 04.08.2021. Assumed charge as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No. 3- Shimla, (H.P.) on 04.08.2021. On transfer presently posted as Senior Civil Judge-cum-ACJM, Kangra and joined as such on 16.04.2024.
