Ms. Sapna Pandey

Born on 21st July, 1976 at Shimla, H.P. studied at Shimla and did Graduation from St. Bede’s College, LL.B., LL.M. and P.G.D.P.M. & L.W. from H.P. University. Qualified UGC-NET examination in the year 2003 and got selected in H.P. Judicial Services in the same year. Remained posted as Civil Judge-cum-JMIC at Shimla, Bilaspur, Kandaghat and Arki. Remained posted as Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Rampur, Kasauli and Amb. Thereafter got transferred to Una and served as Senior Civil Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate. Transferred to Shimla as Additional Secretary (Law) to the Government of H.P.Thereafter posted as Joint Director, Himachal Pradesh Judicial Academy w.e.f. 6th December, 2021 and on transfer served as Additional District and Sessions Judge-II Solan, District Solan H.P. from 21-04-2022 to 28-03-2023. Now on transfer joined as Additional District and Sessions Judge-I Solan, District Solan H.P. w.e.f 28-03-2023. On transfer joined as Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dehra, District Kangra H.P. w.e.f 09-05-2024.
